This job was contracted by Overton Moore and Associates. Contract amount- $770,000.
  • Design/build contract for 35 acre shopping center consisting of over 50 retail shops and restaurants with a total of 500,000 sq. ft. combined floor space.
  • Installation of HVAC systems for tenants including Drug Emporium, Home Depot, and Pace Membership Wharehouse.
